Shah Rukh Khan isn’t known for his range as an actor, but also his charming personality, and of course, the lavish mansion Mannat where he resides. His house is a dream – that many would love to turn into reality for them. The sea-facing bungalow has also become a tourist spot because most of the travelers who come to Mumbai make a point to visit Mannat and get photos clicked at the gate. Now, we have an update on the new properties SRK has got for himself.
As per recent reports, Shah Rukh Khan has rented two luxurious duplex apartments in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area. The Jawan actor has signed a lease of Rs 8.67 crore for three years and will be paid Rs 2.9 crore every year. These apartments are available in Puja Casa building and belong to Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh. Shah Rukh Khan rented Jackky’s house for Rs 11.54 lakh per month, and has payed Rs 32.97 lakh as the security deposit.
As reported by Zapkey, a property portal, the second house the superstar has leased belongs to Vashu Bhagnani. SRK rented the house for Rs 12.51 lakh per month and paid the security deposit of Rs 36 lakh. On February 14, the superstar signed the lease and paid Rs 2.22 lakh as the stamp duty and Rs 2000 as the registration fee.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki (2023). He will soon start shooting for Siddharth Anand’s King, a thriller film that also stars his daughter Suhana Khan. Abhishek Bachchan and Abhay Verma play a pivotal role in the film, which is all set to release in theatres in 2026. SRK will also have a special appearance in his son Aryan Khan-directed show, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, on Netflix.
