Josh Allen has been integral in the Buffalo Bills’ success over the last four seasons. As a quarterback, Josh had a breakout year in 2020, leading the team to their first playoff victory since 1995. They won two playoff games before ultimately losing to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship. Josh then helped lead the Bills back to the playoffs in 2021. For the 2024-25 season, the Bills faced the Chiefs once again in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday, January 26. Unfortunately, the Chiefs proved to be a roadblock to the Bills’ playoff hopes once again.
As one of the most famous names in the NFL and the 2025 MVP at the NFL Honors, Josh’s dating history has also attracted attention. Josh was previously linked to his ex-girlfriend Brittany Williams in 2017 and is now engaged to actress Hailee Steinfeld.
On Thursday, Feb. 6, Josh attended the ceremony with his fiancée, and during his MVP acceptance speech, he became emotional while thanking her — along with his family, coaches, and everyone else — for supporting him throughout his football career. He called Hailee his “rock” and “best friend,” ending his speech by saying, “I would not be standing on this stage if it weren’t for you.”

Brittany works as a pilates instructor. She has her own, online-based pilates program called Pilates by Britt, which Mat and Reformer Pilates.
