However, Saif Ali Khan owns the most expensive house, The Pataudi Palace. It is worth Rs 800 crores. It is his ancestral home and it is called Ibrahim Kothi. The Pataudi Palace is located on the outskirts of Gurgaon, Haryana. It was built by Saif Ali Khan’s grandfather in the 1930s after his marriage to the Begum of Bhopal.
It is not just a house but a historical place as well. It is spread across 10 acres of land. Saif Ali Khan and his family often visit the palace on special occasions. Many popular films like Animal, Veer Zaara and others have been shot here.
Saif’s popular web series, Taandav is also shot in this grand palace. Not just the Pataudi palace, Saif and Kareena Kapoor Khan also have an apartment in Fortune Heights in Mumbai. They have another property which is just across Fortune Heights. As per reports, they have two bungalows in Mumbai, each valued at approximately Rs 6 crores.
The couple has also invested in a luxurious chalet in Gstaad, Switzerland. It is worth Rs 33 crores approximately.
