After warring with each other for five times in the courtroom, actor- MP Kangana Ranaut and lyrist Javed Akhtar have reached a happy agreement in their vilification suits against each other. She took to Instagram to post the update for her suckers along with a happy picture.
A happy agreement “ moment Javed ji and I’ve resolved our legal matter( vilification case) through agreement, in the agreement, Javed ji has been veritably kind and gracious, he also’ agreed to write songs for my coming managerial, ” Kangana wrote with the post.
What was the feud each about?
The legal war between the two began with an interview given to a news channel by Kangana in 2020 after the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Among other statements, Kangana had claimed Akhtar asked her to apologise toco-star Hrithik Roshan, who in 2016 filed a action against her seeking an reason after public wrangle over a statement on their alleged relationship.
“ Once, Javed Akhtar called me to his house and told me Rakesh Roshan( father of Hrithik Roshan) and his family are veritably big people. However, you’ll have nowhere to go, If you do not apologise to them. They will put you in jail, and ultimately, the only path would be that of destruction you’ll commit self-murder. These were his words. He cried and yelled at me. I was shaking in his house,” Kangana had told the news channel. Javed filed a vilification case against her that raged on for times. He told the court, “ Whatever Kangana said in the interview is a taradiddle and nothing but a taradiddle . ”
“ I had told her about the docket of the meeting on call. Did not call her to bandy the rainfall, political situation or America election in 2016, ” he said. He said though he did n’t know Kangana tête-à-tête, he’d always liked her work as an actor, but in the meeting he changed the content once he realised she was n’t going to hear to him.
