Recalling Fonda’s heroic second, Garity stated, “She was residing in New Mexico, out within the wild…ish. And she or he was [taking] care, or taking care of her grandson, who’s in a crib within the bed room.” The Sunshine actor was referring to his mom’s now 25-year-old grandson Malcolm Vadim.
“She heard one thing so she left the bed room in the course of the evening to go see what the sound was. And when she got here again in, the display screen door was dismantled and there was a bear within the bed room, sniffing over the crib,” Garity went on.
As host Krista Smith was shocked on the revelation, she requested Fonda, “What did you do?” Garity then urged his 87-year-old mom to “go forward,” after which she let loose a loud roar whereas elevating her arms as much as seem bigger.
