“The Scandal of Chunhwa” is a historical romance drama that tells the story of Princess Hwa Ri (Go Ara), who, after experiencing the heartbreak of her first love, declares her intention to choose her future husband herself. Her groundbreaking decision throws the royal palace into turmoil and entangles her with two men: Choi Hwan (Chang Ryul), the city’s most notorious playboy, and Lee Jang Won (SF9’s Chani), the city’s most eligible bachelor.

As the legitimate princess of the Dongbang Kingdom, Hwa Ri boldly declares that she will personally choose her future husband. Rejecting a suitor selected by the royal court, she sets out to find a man she can truly love, a decision that once again stirs up the city. The first to step forward for the role of her husband is the mysterious Choi Hwan, marking the beginning of an unpredictable and tangled relationship.
The newly released stills capture the intriguing first meeting between the two. Disguised in men’s clothing, Hwa Ri is secretly peeking at something while Choi Hwan watches her with keen interest and an amused gaze.
