Actress Karla Sofia Gascon, who has been on the centre of racism controversy, has come out to thank the queen of pop, Madonna for her help.
The 52-year-old actress who was the primary trans individual to be nominated for an Oscar for her efficiency in Emilia Perez, had been maintaining a low profile after her previous inflammatory tweets from 2016-2020 resurfaced, experiences ‘Feminine First UK’.
She’s now expressed her gratitude for the well-known faces who’ve provided her variety phrases, singling out the Materials Lady hitmaker for specific reward.
Karla shared a black and white photograph of her and Madonna, 66, hugging and wrote on Instagram, “Madonna, I wish to thanks for all of the love you will have proven me. In your invitation to the get together you gave after the Oscars and to your phrases of affection and power. I like you. I additionally take this chance to thank all my fellow Hollywood professionals who expressed their help and admiration for me that evening. Each on the gala and on the get together”.
As per ‘Feminine First UK’, again in October, Karla informed how Madonna had showered her with reward after seeing Emilia Perez.
She informed the Day by day Mirror newspaper, “Madonna was crying a lot after the screening in New York….she informed me, ‘You are wonderful!’ She was crying and crying. I mentioned, ‘Madonna, please. It is solely a movie. Be glad’”.
Final month, Karla provided a “honest” apology to the folks she has harm and pledged to step again from the highlight.
